I know it has been a while and there are many reasons for that. I am going to keep this update short though as I really need to try and get some rest while I can. Jessica is sick once again with another cold. She had one really good week after being sick for 3 weeks with what is thought to be RSV and viral pneumonia. Now she is sick again with mainly sinus stuff until Thursday and now it seems as though it is moving into her chest. She has also once again had some croup with this mess and then on Thursday she wanted nothing to eat or drink. Needless to say we are headed into the pedi office on Friday but her appointment is not scheduled until 4pm. I didn't want an appointment that late in the day but really had no other choice.

Jessica is doing about the same. Over the weekend we thought that we may have to take her to the ER. but we were able to avoid that. Thank goodness. After back to back breathing treatments and a dose of prednisolone Jessica started to improve. We are still not out of the woods yet as Jessica really is not much better. Her temperatures are lower and that is about the only improvement that we have seen. She was actually able to take a nap for 2 hours straight today without waking up from coughing. So that was really good she needed it. She is still looking exhausted. We all now have some of this cold or whatever it is but we are hanging in there.

I would first like to say that I am sorry for not posting an update sooner.  I also had an update near done this morning and then I had a little someone not going to name any names here that decided that she wanted to turn off the computer while I got up and went to the kitchen for another cup of coffee.

Lets just say that Jessica has kept us busy. I want to clear up some confusion first before I get more into this update. I have received a couple of emails from someone thinking that Jessica was in the hospital. No Jessica is not in the hospital nor has she been in the hospital recently. We have been up to the hospital for appointments and appointments only. And I tend to keep it that way. Thank you for your concern. But believe me if she were in the hospital either Jeremy, or myself would post the information as soon as we could.

Jessica is doing ok. Really tired lately, and today she has had a rough day. I am not sure what is going on. I am hoping that she is just needing the extra rest at least Monday will be here tomorrow so if Jessica is still out of sorts then I can take her in to her doctor if needed. Hopefully it will not come to that but when Jessica is out of sorts we have to pay close attention because it could be any number of things from normal every day things that everyone gets to something more serious related to her heart or kidney conditions. 

Jessica has been very exhausted for most of the day today (Friday). Labs are done. And a new holter monitor is on. Lab results that are in so far are ok not great but ok. Magnesium not any lower so that is really good news. Nothing in her labs that are back so far would explain her seizure yesterday. Now we just wait to find out her UA results and her Neurontin level. Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers. Keep them coming as Jessica is still not herself at all and we still don't have any answers. I am just praying that her exhaustion is from the seizure on Thursaday and nothing more going on.
